We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our international client within the real estate industry in Berlin, Germany.

This is a job for a 'hunter'. Your focus will be generating new clients and closing deals daily to maximize revenue for your territory.

  • Have the freedom to define and roll out the sales approach for your area; taking responsibility for the end-to-ends sales cycle
  • Carry out the promotional and networking events/activities to deliver on your sales targets
  • Build relationships with potential business clients and brokers to sell our added-value services and products
  • Maximise sales performance for your area and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded
