Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, delivering empathetic and professional service while learning through comprehensive training.

You will troubleshoot service and technical issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a young, multicultural team within a vibrant international environment. Relocation will be supported as part of the package.

Qualifications

• German at C2 level.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Lisbon.
