FH Collective - Academy in Sofia is seeking a Logistics & Delivery Advisor to assist customers with shipment inquiries while delivering a great experience.

You will support German-speaking customers, handle delivery questions, and work with an international team in a hybrid setup (1 week per month in the Sofia office) with a relocation package and a warm onboarding. English and German are essential for daily work.
