cbtalents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and assist with product, service, and billing topics while updating customer records in internal systems.

Ideal candidates have German at C1/C2, English B2+, and excellent communication. Prior customer service is an advantage but not required; a valid Bulgarian work authorization is needed. CVs to [e-mail].
