Cbtalents is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will join a multinational team where language skills and service excellence are valued and your career can grow.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, assisting with billing and technical topics, updating records, and identifying sales opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 (speaking, reading and writing).
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid work authorization in Bulgaria.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
