The role requires a commanding German voice, professional delivery, and a sharp ear for quality. Freelance autonomy with task-based work and collaboration with AI research teams.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or similar audio work.
• Own professional recording equipment and a quiet recording environment.
• Ability to deliver engaging, expressive performances with clear articulation.
• Attention to pronunciation, tone, pacing, and audio clarity.

• Record clear, high-fidelity German voice performances using provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, accuracy, rhythm, and expressiveness.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality.
• Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity German voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, accuracy, rhythm, and expressiveness

Who You Are

• Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native command of the language
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall audio clarity
• Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluation tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience recording for animation, e-learning, commercial, or broadcast projects
• Familiarity with audio editing software or home studio setup
• Knowledge of regional German dialects or accent variations
