Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents to join our team in sunny Malta.

Role Overview:

  • Customer Support (70%): Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat (no phone calls).
  • Content Moderation (30%): Review marketplace/app content to ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws, fostering a secure online space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally to customer queries.
  • Review and moderate images, accounts, and text-based content.
  • Escalate policy violations and fraud cases.
  • Participate in training and support multiple workflows when needed.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Native German and fluent English.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • No prior experience required, just a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.

Working Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (5 days/week).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Bonuses: Up to 200 every 6 months based on performance.
  • Additional Support: 130 quarterly government benefit.
  • Contract: Indefinite.
  • Full training (2 weeks onsite).
