Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as General Manager, Country Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of German corporate, regulatory and administrative requirements.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience establishing or growing an international subsidiary in Germany.
• Background in aerospace, engineering, advanced manufacturing, deep-tech or other high-technology industry.
• Knowledge of German labour law and employee relations.
• Experience working with works councils or employee representative bodies.

The Role
