Chipotle German operations seek a General Manager to lead restaurant performance in Frankfurt. You will hire, develop, and coach team members while maintaining high standards for hospitality, food safety, and guest experience.

You’ll manage scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting, driving sales and profitability while ensuring a top-rate dining environment for guests and crew alike.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• A creative approach to marketing and driving sales (fundraisers, community engagement, etc.)

The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers. The role requires the ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day, lift 50lbs./25kgs., and other physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

For this role (all genders), the starting remuneration is as follows:

The base pay for this position is [41,000.00 - 57,000.00] EUR gross for full time (40 hours per week).

You may also be eligible for a quarterly cash bonus of [7.5% AP, 15% GM] of your base pay at 100% target achievement based upon your restaurant's performance against key metrics and other factors.
