Jobtailor in Köln seeks a motivated trainer to maintain engaging online learning materials and co-develop content with the curriculum team. You will assist bootcamp participants with technical questions about tools, architectures, projects, or AI technologies.

You will provide 1:1 mentoring via video or audio, lead small group sessions, track progress, and support onboarding/offboarding to ensure successful completion.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical understanding and hands-on experience in software development with modern technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn new topics (e.g., AI tools, agent systems, no-code tools, DevOps).
