We’re offering a 3‑month full‑time HR Weiterbildung fully funded by the Agentur für Arbeit for people who are eligible to receive unemployment benefits and a Bildungsgutschein.

Tasks
What you’ll learn

Over 3 months you’ll explore the entire employee lifecycle through 9 core modules with real‑world examples, expert sessions and hands‑on assignments:

  • Introduction to HR – understand HR’s evolving role, the generalist mindset and how it all plays out in fast‑paced dynamic companies.
  • Recruiting & Talent acquisition – learn how to write inclusive job ads, structure hiring processes, run interviews and build a strong employer brand.
  • Onboarding & Employee engagement – explore how to design onboarding journeys that foster connection, belonging and productivity and what really drives engagement.
  • Performance management & Learning & development – get tools for setting goals, giving feedback, supporting growth and creating a learning culture even without a big budget.
  • Compensation benefits & total rewards – grasp the basics of fair pay, salary bands, non‑monetary benefits and the connection between rewards and motivation.
  • Exit offboarding & culture transformation – understand what good offboarding looks like and how exits impact culture change and future hiring.
  • HR Compliance & Legal foundations – learn employment types, probation, termination and what HR needs to know about German labour law (explained simply).

Requirements
