BLP Digital in Zurich HQ is expanding into Germany with a remote/hybrid role based in Düsseldorf. You’ll lead end-to-end ERP automation implementations, turning complex client requirements into scalable solutions, and drive adoption across multi-country deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in consulting or technical implementation, fluent German and English, and a track record of stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native‑speaking clients.
• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.

• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long‑term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.

Location

This is a full-time position. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich , the role will be based remotely or hybrid from Germany or Austria.

As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month, these visits are financially supported by BLP.
