Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client’s trusted partner — advise, guide, and ensure customer success by maximizing the value derived from our AI automation products.

• Ability to travel to our HQ in central Zurich for a comprehensive onboarding period (if not already Zurich-based).
• Based remotely from Germany or Austria, or onsite in Zurich.
• For remote team members, a willingness to join the team in Zurich at least once a month (financially supported by BLP).
