You will lead workshops, map processes to BC functionality, and collaborate with technical teams. The ideal candidate combines BC expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of core BC modules: Finance, Sales & Purchasing
• Experience leading requirements workshops and producing functional documentation
• Hands-on in at least 2–3 full lifecycle BC implementations
• Ability to design end-to-end business processes mapped to BC functionality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams

The Business Central Functional Consultant plays a key role in designing, implementing, andoptimizingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional designs, and deliver high‑quality ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines deep Business Centralexpertisewith strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Sales
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration tasks
• Configure and customize Business Central to support business processes, including workflows,permissionsand reports
• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, integration specialists) to ensure functional requirements are properly implemented
• Perform system testing, including functional testing, UAT support, and regression testing
• Produce high-quality solution documentation ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term maintainabilityTrain end users and create training materials to support adoption
• Advise onbest practices for Business Central usage, process optimization, and system governance
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Stay current with Business Central updates, new features, and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience 5+ years as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of core BC modules, such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Intercompany, Closing), Sales &Purchasing
• Experience leading requirements for workshops and producing functional documentation
• Hands‑on experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Business Central implementations
• Ability to design end to end business processes and map them to BC functionality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
