OurPurchasing Interface Teamis the main system for the operational processes of our buying, procurement, private label & fotostudio business teams.

What you will do

• Build internal & external RESTful API as well as Background Jobs in a high-scaling architecture
• Engage in decisions ranging from Design to application architecture together with the Lead Engineer and explore new technologies
• Work with agile processes that are adapted to the team’s needs
• Implement E2E features within the Purchasing Interface with a newly designed business process
• Work with continuous Deployments (Gitlab Pipelines, AWS Elastic Container Service) and monitor applications with industry-standard tools (Datadog)
• Learn from other developers in a highly skilled team and present your ideas in our regular Tech talks

Who you are

• Excellent coding skills in PHP 8 (Laravel)
• In depth knowledge of the Vue 3 Framework
• Solid background in building complex and beautiful products which provide an excellent user experience
• Good technical understanding of RESTful API’s
• Experience working with AWS, Git, MySQL, Redis, or equivalent
• Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
• Ready to work in an English-speaking environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Intertia.js
• Experience with SCSS
• Experience in Tailwind CSS
• Experience in creating Integration tests

Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg or in our Berlin office on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
