As a Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) at shyftplan, you will be part of a highly motivated international team with a strong ambition for solving our customers’ problems. Responsibilities

• Extend, maintain, and enhance the core business logic and UI to make it work at scale.
• Close collaboration with the frontend and product teams within the Scrum framework to deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Create new features and improve existing ones in our web and mobile applications.
• Utilize modern technologies in the application development process and engage in self‑studying.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with scalability in mind.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application development.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (8).
• Experience with a modern UI framework (Vue3 or React).
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, PSQL, Oracle, MSSQL).
• Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices.
• Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks.
• Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards.
• Proficient in writing automated tests.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
