Blackwave GmbH in Germany is seeking a hands-on Working Student to join the TowPreg team. You will support laboratory work, operate machines, build prototypes, and help turn ideas into reliable production processes with a focus on quality and traceability.
You will own tasks end-to-end from preparation to documentation, work on coupon testing, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with engineers in an on-site role in Taufkirchen.

As a Working Student, you support the team in turning ideas into reliable production processes through hands‑on testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement.
THE WHAT
You support the TowPreg team in laboratory work, machine operation, coupon testing, and fast prototyping. From preparing test samples to documenting results, you take ownership of your assigned tasks and help ensure our processes are accurate, repeatable, and continuously improving.

Your tasks in detail and by priority
Manufacture and prepare test specimens: Produce, prepare, and organize coupon samples for testing while ensuring complete traceability and quality documentation.
High Performance: Precision from the very first step.
Support laboratory testing and prototyping: Operate laboratory equipment and production machines while assisting with testing, prototype builds, and process development activities.

Document results and communicate deviations: Record test results carefully, maintain documentation, and immediately extend any unexpected findings or anomalies.
