RWTH Collective Incubator in Germany is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to own features end-to-end for our AI-powered quality inspection platform. You will build user-facing features and contribute to the design system while collaborating with a lean, agile team.

You will work with TypeScript, Svelte/SvelteKit, Python/Django, and Docker in a hybrid/remote setup, crafting a modern product with high autonomy and direct impact on product quality.

Qualificações

• Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (Svelte/SvelteKit) is a plus.
• Backend experience with Python and Django is a bonus.

Your role

• Develop and ship new user-facing features for our inspection platform
• Help extend and standardize our cross-product design system
• Improve performance and robustness of our backend services
• Explore new technologies and develop proof of concepts

What you bring

• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (bonus: Svelte / SvelteKit)
• A good sense of product and design — you can turn a rough idea or sketch into a usable UI
• Experience in backend development (bonus: Python, Django)
• Familiarity with Docker and building services in a containerized environment
