Responsibilities

• Develops features for the frontend layer of the product
• Estimates how long development tasks will take
• Follows coding standards and keeps up with new technologies
• Maintains and updates technical documentation and Jira tickets
• Helps fix application issues and bugs quickly
• Keeps software tools and technical dependencies up to date
• Focuses on code quality by doing peer code reviews
• Tracks time and reports project progress with the team
• Shares technical updates with users and identifies future opportunities
• Helps the product team plan new features and supports technical training

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in web or mobile development, preferably within a complex SaaS solution environment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Vue.js, SCSS, HTML, HTTP, and REST API.
• Familiarity with Web Workers, Vite, Sockets, Docker, SVG, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SaaS product management and operations.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database architecture.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and macOS environments; shell mastery and scripting abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Mastery of Agile principles and delivery processes.
• Creative, methodical, autonomous, and a true team player.
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams with empathy and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and propose scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interface with technical stakeholders on the client side.
• Curious, adaptable, and proactive in continuous technical improvement.
