Job summary

HSE sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Software-Entwickler/in zur Weiterentwicklung unserer cloud-nativen E-Commerce-Plattform. Sie übernehmen definierte Kunden-Domänen und gestalten die Produktvision aktiv mit, arbeiten an Backend-Services in Kotlin mit AWS und entwickeln moderne Weboberflächen mit React.

Sie bauen saubere Architekturen, setzen Clean Code-Prinzipien um und arbeiten in cross-funktionalen, agilen Teams.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit Fokus Softwareentwicklung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Full-Stack-Entwicklung und cloud-native Anwendungen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kotlin und AWS, erste Erfahrungen mit React.
• Erfahrung in agilen Umgebungen, Scrum, DevOps & CI.
• Clean Code, Architektur, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Eigeninitiative, Übernahme von Verantwortung, Arbeit in internationalen Teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end-Verantwortung für eine definierte Kundendomäne innerhalb unserer E-Commerce-Umgebung.
• Backend-Services in Kotlin mit AWS entwickeln und moderne Webfrontends mit React integrieren.
• Saubere Architekturen erstellen und Clean Code-Prinzipien anwenden.
• In cross-funktionalen, agilen Teams eng zusammenarbeiten und an Stand-Ups, Sprints und Retros arbeiten.
• Datengetriebene Produktentwicklung unterstützen und Nutzer-/Produktdaten analysieren.
• Verantwortung für Stabilität, Monitoring, Betrieb und On-Call-Rotation übernehmen.

What you can expect:

• You take end-to-end responsibility for a defined customer domain within our e-commerce environment and actively help shape the product vision
• On the backend, you develop cloud-native services with Kotlin and integrate modern AWS services to build scalable and high-performing solutions
• At the same time, you work on modern web frontends with React and help create a consistent, fast, and user-friendly user experience
• You build clean, maintainable software architectures and consistently apply Clean Code principles and established best practices
• You collaborate closely with colleagues from different disciplines in cross-functional, agile teams and actively contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, and retrospectives
• You use data-driven approaches in product development and support the analysis of user and product data to enable well-informed technical and product decisions
• Your responsibility does not stop at go-live: you also contribute to the stability, monitoring, and operation of our applications and take part in on-call rotations

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification with a focus on software development
• You bring several years of professional experience in Full Stack Development and cloud-native application development
• You have strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and AWS services and have already gained initial experience with React and modern frontend technologies
• You are comfortable working in agile development environments and have experience with Scrum, DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration
• Clean Code, software architecture, REST APIs, and microservices are part of your day-to-day development toolkit
• You have very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
• You enjoy taking ownership, show initiative, and feel comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams

• Du kennst Dich in agilen Entwicklungsumfeldern gut aus und bringst Erfahrung mit Scrum, DevOps-Praktiken und Continuous Integration mit
• Clean Code, Softwarearchitektur, REST APIs und Microservices gehören für Dich zum Entwicklungsalltag
• Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und arbeitest gerne in internationalen, cross-funktionalen Teams
