• Create maintainable, testable, and efficient full-stack solutions according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Construct dependable RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
• Architect, build, and optimize complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting capabilities for accounting and financial systems.
• Support applications that handle, report on, and reconcile financial and insurance data while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support team objectives and assist fellow developers within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Mentor junior developers and cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and deliver coding solutions aligned with financial and business objectives.
• Meet deadlines consistently and participate actively in sprint planning and review sessions.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience building full-stack web applications with end-to-end delivery capability.
• Skilled in C#, .NET Core, Kafka/Service Bus, Azure Blob Storage, REST APIs, and microservices design.
• Strong background in MS SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure.
• Practical experience building web applications with a modern framework such as Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular.
• Direct experience applying DevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Azure ARM, or Terraform.
• Able to work independently within a collaborative team setting.
• Strong leadership qualities and teamwork abilities.
• Skilled at engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Able to clearly document requirements and technical specifications.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Nice to have: experience in the insurance or financial services sector, practical experience with Vue.js, familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes, awareness of current business trends, attention to detail and accuracy.
