Zusammenfassung

Tilipalvelu Rantalainen Oy is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our Platforms team. You will help build and evolve RAN Connect and RAN Flow services with Angular and TypeScript, leveraging AI coding assistants to streamline daily development. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and remote options across Germany.

You will influence how the product scales for a growing customer base, work across teams, and own significant parts of the implementation from design to deployment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript in full‑stack development.

• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish/Norwegian is a plus.

As our growth continues, we are now looking for an experienced professional for the position of Full Stack Developer!

In this role, you will work as part of our motivated and skilled Platforms development team, which is part of the Rantalainen Group's digital services. You will contribute to the development of RAN Connect and RAN Flow services. In our team, you can grow your expertise in your desired direction and take on more responsibility as you learn new things.

RAN Connect is our service channel for communication between Rantalainen and our customers, document processing, and process management. It combines Rantalainen's services on one secure and intelligent platform. Thousands of our customers use the service daily, so your personal contribution will be truly visible and your work is key here. With our RAN Flow automation platform, we implement automation and integration services both internally and for our customers, thereby enhancing the production of our financial and payroll administration services. Additionally, we use it to manage and monitor our technical integration environment.

In this position, you will implement new functions for the services from design to final implementation and directly influence how the product is built, how it scales to a growing number of customers, and what technical solutions are made in future development.

We work in a flexible hybrid model, and you can utilize a Rantalainen office that suits you as well as work remotely from anywhere in Finland according to your wishes.

The estimated monthly salary for the position is 4,000–5,000 euros based on the selected person's expertise and experience, but we would be happy to hear your salary expectations in your application. In addition to the monthly salary, all our employees have the opportunity for a position-specific performance bonus. The employment is full-time and permanent.

What do we hope for from you?

We hope that you have expertise in the technologies described above or similar ones, especially Angular and TypeScript. Additionally, you use AI-based coding assistants as a natural part of daily software development. Even more important than this, we value the desire and motivation to develop your own expertise.

You should have experience working for at least a few years in similar development roles. A basic understanding of financial and/or payroll administration processes is an advantage, but not a necessity.

We also value good collaboration and communication skills as well as a proactive working style. The position requires fluent proficiency in Finnish and English. Proficiency in Swedish and/or Norwegian is considered an advantage.
