Siemens AG in Berlin is seeking a Senior Full Stack Architect to design customer solutions for secure energy grids and to advance innovations from research to product maturity. You will ensure stability and security across products and testing environments and collaborate with product management on implementation strategies.

The role requires a strong background in C/C++, Python, and proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Java, with experience in embedded real-time systems and cloud/server/embedded

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree.
• Many years of professional software development experience.
• Familiar with embedded systems with real-time requirements.
• Excellent programming skills in C/C++, Python; proficient in C#, JavaScript and Java; quick to learn new environments and tools.
• Understand external system qualities such as security, usability, performance and reliability; focus on modularity, testability and maintainability.

• In your new role, you will be responsible for designing the solutions our customers need to protect and control tomorrow's energy grids. The digital transformation of the electric power system and the challenges of the energy transition require new thinking and the breaking of paradigms.


• As a Senior Full Stack Architect, you are an important part of our international network of innovative research and development teams and bring innovations to product maturity.


• You ensure system stability and security, not only in the specification of products, but also in their test systems.


• You work closely with our product management team to define the technical implementation of customer requirements.

You excel in

• You have a master's degree or a PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree


• You have many years of professional experience in professional software development


• You are familiar with embedded systems with real‑time requirements


• You have excellent programming skills in C/C++ and Python, are proficient in C#, JavaScript and Java, quickly familiarise yourself with new development environments and tools and are comfortable with modern, professional software systems.


• You understand the importance of external system qualities such as security, usability, performance and reliability. Clean structuring, robustness, traceability and qualities such as modularity, testability, maintainability and extensibility are important to you.

• You are creative and have the confidence to work on vertically integrated solutions that include cloud, server and embedded systems.
