Our core team of fewer than 10 works from Berlin Mitte collaborating with a trusted network of 20 freelance experts to deliver high‑impact programs for clients such as LiveEO, GetYourGuide, Novo Nordisk and Roland Berger.

Our projects around Leadership Change and AI are attracting great interest. To help our programs reach even more organizations in the future we’re looking for a Full‑Cycle Sales Manager to join us in taking BIA and HelloCircle into their next era.

Tasks

As Full‑Cycle Sales Manager International, you’ll take full ownership of your German / International accounts from first contact to closing. You’ll shape how we grow, build meaningful relationships and position our offerings with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze customer and market dynamics and develop compelling business cases for BIA and HelloCircle
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies in close collaboration with the consulting and marketing teams
  • Conduct online demos and presentations showcasing our service portfolio with the goal of winning new clients
  • Take full ownership of your accounts from first contact and nurturing through to successful closing
  • Collaborate closely with the consulting team to continuously optimize processes and services in line with client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders especially within HR and C‑level management
  • Contribute directly to the growth strategy and play an active role in shaping how we position our offerings
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or professional services) ideally in an innovative or fast‑paced environment
  • Proven experience in accurate forecasting and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong active listening skills and confident proactive communication
  • Genuine passion for innovative services in the areas of leadership transformation and AI
  • The ability to inspire trust and enthusiasm through a positive energetic and creative approach
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and motivated to optimize processes through data
  • Familiarity in tech industry AI or leadership development is a big plus
  • Fluent English is a must; German is a plus
