In this role, you will be a key driver of Commercial Excellence, combining analytical depth with cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer engagement, optimize sales performance, and elevate data-driven decision-making within Germany. You will work closely with Management and Sales teams to deliver meaningful performance insights, shape incentive strategies, strengthen internal processes, and support the development of tools that enable a high-performing commercial organization.
The Frontline Excellence department supports the management team in shaping, executing and tracking success of the marketing and sales strategy of each business unit.
