Job summary

Alignerr seeks an experienced Frontend TypeScript Engineer to review and guide AI-generated TypeScript code from Berlin and across Germany. This fully remote, hourly contract role emphasizes type safety, scalable design, and modern frontend practices.

You will work with leading AI research teams, contributing practical frontend expertise and clear technical commentary. You should have 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with React/Angular/Next.js, deep TS knowledge, and strong communication skills

• 3–5 years frontend or full‑stack experience with listed frameworks.
• Ability to review AI‑generated code and provide detailed technical commentary.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated TypeScript code for strict type safety, accurate interface design, and correct generic usage
• Develop complex, type-safe frontend components that demonstrate best practices in modern web architecture
• Provide detailed technical commentary on architectural decisions and type-driven development strategies
• Identify and flag ambiguities or errors in AI responses related to complex type definitions and asynchronous frontend patterns
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Deep expertise in TypeScript — including static typing, generics, interfaces, and utility types
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with modern frontend or full-stack frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js
• Strong written and verbal communicator who can clearly articulate technical reasoning
• Naturally detail-oriented with a high standard for code quality and correctness
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, model evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Familiarity with full-stack TypeScript patterns and performance optimization
• Background in code review, technical writing, or engineering mentorship
