Job summary

Scalable Capital is seeking a skilled software engineer for its Data Science & AI tribe to build fast, scalable agentic experiences. You will contribute to CLI, MCP server, and unified chat interfaces using TypeScript, React, Docker, and AWS, while shaping AI-powered product features and architecture.

You will collaborate with engineers, product, data science, and AI teams in a fast-moving FinTech environment, ensuring secure, well-documented code and a strong focus on end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or sciences.
• Strong analytical skills with a fast, autonomous work style.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, data science and AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a fast-growing neo-broker as part of a cross-functional Data Science & AI team.
• Shape agentic features across Scalable and contribute to a unified product experience.
• Develop CLI, MCP server, and unified agentic chat with AI-powered insights.
• Write clean, well-documented code and drive security as a priority.
• Lead technical discussions and help shape scalable foundations for AI experiences.

Solid experience in complex software projects with end‑to‑end ownership University degree in a relevant field of study, such as computer science, engineering, sciences, or a comparable qualification, background in FinTech is a strong plus Ability to think outside the box and work independently in a fast‑moving, ambiguous product environment Analytical proficiency, both in the technical and product domain Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience, whether engineering, product, data science, AI, or other stakeholders A strong professional or academic background in our technology stack: TypeScript, ReactJS, Webpack, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, Docker, and AWS Experience with or strong interest in AI‑powered products, agentic systems, LLM‑based applications, MCP, chat interfaces, or developer tooling is a strong plus An interest in other technology stacks and a willingness to work across product, platform, and AI‑related domains Professional fluency in English is required
