• A Werk1-based (Munich) startup developing a cloud-based GenAI platform that automates due diligence processes for real estate companies acquiring new properties
• A team passionate about the capabilities of GenAI, dedicated to enabling our customers to fully utilize these capabilities in a sophisticated cloud solution
• Process optimizers who despise unstructured data that leads to manual labor

Tasks

Who Do We Need?

• A team player helping to refine our dev workflows with agentic coding (testing and introducing new tools, trial and error, collaboration with all stakeholders)
• Someone who understands our customers and the product, challenging the UI/UX status quo and coming up with own ideas to high-level stories
• Experience with B2B SaaS and data-heavy applications (complex dashboards, large datasets, filtering/search, document visualization, FE data import/export)
• An expert in developing and maintaining React components using TypeScript
• Someone who integrates RESTful APIs and handles authentication flows
• A developer who writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• A collaborator working closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration
• An active participant who continuously optimizes application performance and code efficiency, maintaining high coding standards

What Must You Bring?

• 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency with CSS (Tailwind CSS, Sass) and UI/UX best practices

• Native-level German with business-level English
• Comfort with AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and eagerness to experiment with emerging ones
• A proactive, collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
