Zusammenfassung

IT-Layer.com is seeking a full-time team member in Munich to enhance their Scrum team's capabilities. The role involves testing code, managing UX design consistency, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with Product Management.

Ideal candidates will have experience in optimizing web applications and using template engines, with a supportive environment for international applicants. Visa support is provided for work permits.

Job Description

• Testing your own and other codes with automated tests.
• Take part in inventing, documenting and implementing our UX pattern library.
• Work with Product Management on the feasibility of upcoming changes.
• Mentor, train and guide less experienced colleagues (with the perspective of becoming a team lead) requirements.
• You care about the design and it’s consistency – there aren’t 10 different buttons when you are in charge.
• You know how to optimize fast and responsive web applications and you have worked with template engines.
• You have an interest in coordinating cross-team efforts and initiatives.
