Optimus Search is seeking a Freelance Senior Test Manager for a 12-month programme in Essen focused on payments, card processing, and financial messaging. You will own the end-to-end test strategy across multiple payment applications, coordinating System, Integration, E2E and UAT testing with Business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires extensive QA experience in financial services, strong testing of complex transactional systems, and hands-on leadership of testing teams.

12-Month Freelance Contract -Long-Term Programme

We are supporting a leading credit-card and payment services organisation with a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Test Manager to take ownership of testing across complex payment and financial applications.

This is a senior position combining test strategy, integration testing, UAT, defect management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define test concepts, test plans and test governance
