Twentyfour Industries in Munich is seeking a hands-on FPV Drone Builder and Flight Test Specialist to support our R&D team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure.

You will configure flight controllers, tune Betaflight/PID gains, and ensure stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a hands‑on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

Strong hands‑on FPV experience is non‑negotiable. EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required.

The day‑to‑day

• Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes
• Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links
• Test ground control software of autonomous systems
• Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation
