Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior FP&A professional to design and own the Group's forecasting tool within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will build from scratch, automate reporting, and establish forecast-vs-actual processes with group leadership.

You will partner with the Group CFO, financial controllers, and business unit leaders to scale the model as complexity grows, delivering a replicable, group-wide forecasting foundation within 12 months.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior-level FP&A experience.
• Built forecasting capability from scratch.
• Able to own forecast-vs-actual conversations with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central forecasting is a strong plus.
• Experience with other ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Sage, Workday, Anaplan) and quick adaptation.
• Experience with complex “what-if” modelling.
• Ability to work autonomously without a team or established playbook.
• Professional finance qualification (CIMA/CGMA, ACCA, ACA) preferred, not required.

• Design and build the forecasting tool in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Implement the tool initially for HelpGrid, BuyGoods, and MaxWeb
• Create and automate reporting from raw revenue and cost data
• Produce clear forecast-vs-actual reporting
• Own the accountability loop and ensure business leaders understand and stand behind their forecasts
• Evolve the forecasting model to scale with increasing business complexity
• Work directly with the Group CFO, Financial Controllers, and business unit leaders
• Establish revenue forecasting foundations within the first 3–6 months
• Build a replicable, scalable, and reportable Group-wide forecasting tool within 12 months

Requirements

• Significant, senior-level experience in FP&A
• Personally built a forecasting capability or model from scratch
• Comfortable owning forecast-vs-actual conversations with business stakeholders and pushing back when numbers do not add up
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central forecasting is a strong plus
• Experience building forecasting systems on another ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Sage, Workday, Anaplan, or similar, with ability to adapt quickly
• Experience with complex “what-if” modelling
• Ability to work autonomously without a team or established playbook
• Professional finance qualification (CIMA/CGMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) preferred, not required
