Reporting to our Head of FP&A & Business Partnering, this is an early‑career role designed for someone who is analytically curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how a global, marketplace‑driven tech business really works. You’ll help build and maintain scalable FP&A reporting infrastructure, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and the business. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Accounting, and Data teams across multiple regions, gaining exposure to how financial planning supports decision‑making at scale. If you enjoy working with numbers, asking “why,” and turning analysis into impact, this role will give you an exceptional foundation in FP&A.
This role offers the opportunity to work hybrid with 3 days a week in our vibrant Berlin office, collaborating directly with a mission‑driven team across six global offices.
We value diversity and welcome all applicants regardless of ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
