manykind is seeking an early engineer to build the infrastructure for autonomous AI agents in Berlin. You will own real systems from day one, work directly with the founders, and set the technical direction rather than inherit it.

This hands-on, high-ownership role rewards practical shipped work, rapid learning, and a bias toward action. You will design, ship, and operate core platform services in a hybrid, Berlin-based setup.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who ships. We care far more about what you have built and how fast you learn than about pedigree.

What we're looking for

Bonus Points If

• You have built developer platforms, APIs, or agent/LLM tooling
• You have run systems in production and owned reliability
• You have startup or founding-engineer experience
