HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017 HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.

To strengthen our leadership team operationally we are looking for a Founders Associate (m / f / d) to support our CEO a key role that directly interfaces with executive this position you will serve as the organizational hub for the CEO playing a crucial role in ensuring that strategic priorities are followed through communication is clear and effective and operational workflows are efficiently managed.

You will work closely with the CEO the leadership team and various internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic international and sport-driven environment.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You ensure the CEO can focus on what matters most by proactively identifying and independently resolving operational challenges.
  • You organize and coordinate meetings travel offsites and investor appointments.
  • You keep track of key projects monitor deadlines and make sure follow-ups dont fall through the cracks.
  • You act as the communication bridge between the CEO the leadership team and other key stakeholders both nationally and internationally.
  • You manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and when needed support with personal administrative tasks.
  • You assist in the creation review and preparation of presentations reports and decision-making documents.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Youve previously worked as a Founders Associate Executive Assistant Team Assistant or in a similar role ideally in a fast-paced international environment.
  • You bring excellent organizational skills are proactive and always think one step ahead.
  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and remain calm even under pressure.
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English written and spoken and can adapt to different communication styles with ease.
  • You are discreet reliable and have a strong sense of priorities and interpersonal dynamics.
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace and tools like or other comparable project management software.
  • You are a true organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and enjoy connecting people projects and processes.
