Reonic is a Berlin-based, VC-backed startup seeking a driven individual to work directly with the founders and leadership on shaping company strategy and executing high-impact projects in a fast-paced, in-person setting. C2 English is mandatory, and German or Italian language skills are a plus.

The role focuses on taking ownership from 0 to 1, collaborating across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations, and moving priority topics forward with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
