Slyce in Berlin is seeking a Founder Associate (m/f/d) to work directly with our founders and experience what it’s like to build a company from scratch.

You will own high-impact projects across growth, operations, fundraising, product, and strategy, learning by doing and helping Slyce scale on its hypergrowth journey. This role provides real ownership from Day 1, mentorship from serial entrepreneurs, exposure to key accounts, and a fast-paced environment across diverse functions.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in high-growth startups, top consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or similar.
• Founder DNA — entrepreneurial, resourceful, hands-on.
• Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with high ownership.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Take Ownership: Drive projects across business development, fundraising, and product strategy with full accountability.
• Learn Entrepreneurship by Doing: Build processes, close deals, and scale a company.
• Work Closely with Founders: Be a sparring partner to the founding team and get mentored directly by serial entrepreneurs.
• Be a Catalyst for Growth: Identify new market opportunities, improve internal operations, and contribute directly to our success.
• Experience Multiple Functions: Work hands-on across growth, operations, finance, and product.
• Fundraising & Strategy: Support fundraising, craft pitch decks, and shape long-term strategy.

Your Role

As a Founder Associate (m/f/d), you will work directly with our founders — and experience what it’s like to build a company from scratch.

You will fully own high-impact projects across crucial parts of the business: Growth, operations, fundraising, product, and strategy. You learn by doing, make impactful decisions, and help us build Slyce on its hypergrowth journey.

If you want to found your own startup, this will be the most intense and rewarding preparation for it.

Your Responsibilities

• Take Ownership: Drive projects across business development, fundraising, and product strategy with full accountability.
• Learn Entrepreneurship by Doing: Build processes, close deals, solve problems — and learn what it takes to scale a company.
• Work Closely with Founders: Be a sparring partner to the founding team and get mentored directly by serial entrepreneurs.

• Experience Multiple Functions: Work hands-on across different teams like growth, operations, finance, and product.
• Fundraising & Strategy: Support fundraising efforts, craft pitch decks, and shape our long-term strategy.
• Work Directly with Key Accounts: Build close relationships with key partners, gather feedback, and translate their needs into product and growth opportunities.

Your Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in high-growth startups, top consulting/investment banking firms, venture capital, or similar.
• Mindset: Founder DNA — entrepreneurial, resourceful, hands-on, and driven to make things happen.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Drive: Passion for building, learning fast, and working in a high-ownership, high-responsibility environment.
• Language: Fluent English required; German is a plus.
