That means understanding how a customer operates, breaking down complex workflows, designing and configuring AI agents, engineering prompts, coordinating integrations, and iterating on systems once they are live.This is a deeply hands-on role. You’ll spend your time moving between customer conversations, workflow design, prompt engineering, technical implementation, debugging, and collaboration with product and engineering.
