Qualifikationen

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js capabilities with frontend React know-how.
• Experience integrating with APIs, external systems and enterprise data pipelines.
• Own backend infrastructure design, deployment, and operations.
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure (Docker, Terraform, AWS or GCP).
• Bias toward ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• GenAI/LLM experience (RAG, evals, agent orchestration) is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Embed directly with enterprise logistics teams to learn operations and identify fixes.
• Translate chaos into clean system design and build backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Wire into ERP, TMS, SFTP and event queues; enable legacy systems to talk to AI infrastructure.
• Push agents and LLMs into production with reliability, latency and evaluation considerations.
• Shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and code shipped.

What You'll Do

This is one of the most hands-on, high-ownership engineering roles in the European AI startup scene right now. You won't be handed a ticket queue.

• Embed directly with enterprise logistics teams — learn how their operations actually work, where the pain is, and what a fix looks like
• Translate that chaos into clean system design, then build it: backend, frontend, integrations, the lot
• Wire into the enterprise stack - ERP, TMS, SFTP, event queues. Make messy legacy systems talk to modern AI infrastructure
• Push agents and LLMs into production at the sharp end: reliability, latency, evaluation, the stuff that makes the difference between a demo and something that runs a real business
• Shape the product from day one; your customer calls inform the roadmap, your code is what ships

Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, MongoDB, AWS, Vercel, Docker, Terraform, Inngest/Temporal, LLMs & vector stores, Datadog. Built AI-native with Claude Code, Codex & Cursor. Multiple agents running in parallel as the norm.

What You'll Bring

• Strong TypeScript / Node.js; React across the stack a plus
• Experience integrating with APIs, external systems, and enterprise data pipelines
• Ability to own backend infrastructure — design it, ship it, keep it running
