Nous Ventures, a Munich AI startup, is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to take customers from signed contract to live deployment in enterprise environments. You will own the full technical implementation across data wrangling, integrations with SAP and ERP systems, and feature prototyping.

Stack includes Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and APIs; hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering is expected. Native German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German required for enterprise customer interactions.
• Experience integrating with SAP or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong data wrangling and modeling skills.
• Ability to own end-to-end deployment from sales to go-live.

You'd be comfortable in an enterprise boardroom in Munich at 9am and knee-deep in their SAP data model by lunch.

This role is Forward Deployed Engineer for a Munich AI startup selling into enterprise customers, and you're the person who takes them from signed contract to live deployment.

A seriously funded Munich AI startup with real enterprise customers, shipping AI into workflows that involve messy real world data, legacy ERP systems and stakeholders who've heard a hundred AI pitches before.

You'll own the full technical implementation from sales handoff through go-live. That means;

• Configuring and finetuning the AI for each customer.
• Wrangling their inconsistent data into something the models can actually work with.
• Building the integrations into SAP and whatever else they run.
• Prototyping new features when a customer's pain becomes a product opportunity.

But you knew that already.

Stack is Python, React, TypeScript, SQL and APIs across the full stack.

Plus real hands-on with LLMs, agents and prompt engineering.

Bonus if you've integrated with SAP or ERP systems, REST or GraphQL APIs, or done B2B SaaS implementation work before.

Native German fluency is a hard requirement, this role is customer-facing with enterprise buyers who want to speak German.

Suitable for ex-startup founders, senior engineers tired of building for imaginary users, or wildly ambitious builders who thrive in the mess of real customer environments. Not suitable for engineers who need clean specifications, hate ERP systems, or want a 9-5.

€90k to €175k base plus equity. Full-time, in-person in Munich, high intensity.
