Job summary

Randstad Deutschland sucht für MAERSK Logistics in Herleshausen eine/n Gabelstaplerfahrer/in. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Bedienen verschiedener Gabelstaplertypen, Be- und Entladen, Palettierung und die termingerechte Bereitstellung von Gütern im Lager.

Wir bieten tarifliche Bezahlung, bis zu 30 Urlaubstage, PPE und eine unbefristete Anstellung im Rahmen der Zeitarbeit beim Randstad-Client MAERSK Logistics. Sprachkompetenz in Deutsch/Englisch ist erwünscht.

Qualifications

• Gültige Gabelstapler-Lizenz.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hand-Scannern.
• Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Schichten, inkl. Sonntagen/Feiertagen.
• Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse.
• Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.

Responsibilities

• Bedienung verschiedener Gabelstaplertypen (Diesel/Elektro/Gas).
• Be- und Entladen, sachgerechtes Stapeln von Kartons/Paletten.
• Pallettierung, Palettenumrüstung, Verladung in Transportfahrzeuge.
• Auswahl, Putaway und Transport gemäß Regalen.
• Einsatzplanung der Versandabläufe und Erfüllung von KPI-Zielen.
• Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Umweltstandards einhalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Operation of various industrial trucks such as counterbalance forklifts, narrow-aisle trucks, and reach trucks
• Loading, unloading, and proper stowing of boxes, pallets, and containers in trucks
• Palletizing, depalletizing, and securing international goods for transport
• Precise picking, putaway, and transport of items across designated rack levels
• Planning dispatch schedules and executing additional warehouse duties as instructed
• Contributing to the achievement of daily and internal KPI performance targets
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations as well as maintaining cleanliness, order, and environmental standards in the warehouse

Erfahrungen

• Valid license for the required forklift types (e.g. forklift operator license / "Staplerschein")
• Experience in handling handheld scanners in warehouse operations
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including Sundays and public holidays if required)
• Proficiency in German or English for clear team communication
• Independent, responsible, and hands-on working style
• High resilience and flexibility in response to changing operational processes
