Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, near Munich, is seeking an experienced Fluggerätelektroniker (m/f/d) for A400M aircraft electrical work. You will install modifications, assemble and test electrical systems, and ensure quality checks in a dynamic, multinational environment.

The role requires formal training in aircraft electrical / avionics, German fluency and good English, plus willingness to work at height and in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Completed training as aircraft electrician/avionics technician or comparable training.
• Several years of experience in aircraft production is an advantage.
• You demonstrate a high degree of team spirit, resilience and service orientation.
• You have the ability to solve problems and demonstrate a very high degree of independence.
• You have a very high sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
• You have the willingness and experience to work in confined spaces and at great heights.
• You are familiar with the applications of the MS Office package.
• You are fluent / business fluent in German and have a good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Installation of modifications according to drawings and specifications.
• Carrying out electrical assembly, installation, modification of electrical systems (wiring harness installation, electrical connection, soldering, crimping).
• Carrying out basic electrical tests (continuity, ground connection).
• Ensuring continuous improvement.
• Carrying out first level quality checks.
