ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is seeking engineers to analyze requirements and develop Flight Management and Flight Guidance systems for both military and civil applications. The role focuses on trajectory generation, formation flying, and UAV/RPAS functionalities.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and has hands-on experience in flight systems and related information environments, with strong Python/C++ programming skills and fluent English. German skills are a plus.

• Analyze and derive requirements for military and civil Flight Management Systems (FMS) and Flight Guidance Systems.
• Design and develop Flight Management System functions, including trajectory generation capabilities.
• Design and implement Flight Guidance functions for advanced airborne platforms.
• Develop formation flying and swarming functionalities for UAV/RPAS applications.
• Specify, coordinate, and manage Verification & Validation (V&V) activities throughout the development lifecycle.
