The role

Our German team is looking for a Fleet Sales Lead who will be part of building and running our important Fleet business. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey.

This is what you will do most of the time:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet customers and Leasing companies, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Build and lead the Fleet sales team in Germany.
  • Set and achieve specific Fleet sector sales targets that contribute to Zeekr's overall revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr's Fleet offering and effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with Fleet customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the Fleet sector, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to our Fleet customers and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within ZEEKR, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for Fleet customers.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.
  • Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
  • A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of Fleet Sales leadership within the automotive industry.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
  • Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
  • Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as fluent English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Degree in Business or similar is a nice-to-have.
