HOLY is seeking a part-time Fleet Manager in Berlin to own the vehicle fleet, ensuring well-maintained, cost-efficient, and fully operational vehicles for Field Force and Sales teams.

You will manage procurement, leasing, branding, handovers, accidents, repairs, insurance, fines, invoicing, and returns, while partnering with leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and service providers to keep all fleet processes running smoothly.

Aufgaben

• Fleet procurement & lifecycle management: end-to-end administration of the vehicle fleet, coordinating orders, leasing contracts, handovers, returns, and end-of-life disposal.
• Vehicle branding & operational setup: coordinate wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup per HOLY’s brand standards.
• Accident, insurance & repair management: primary contact for incidents and claims; coordinate repairs with workshops.
• Cost, invoice & compliance tracking: monitor fleet costs, fines, invoices, and contracts; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stakeholder & partner coordination: act as central contact for Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and service providers.

About the Position

As our Fleet Manager, you will take ownership of HOLY’s vehicle fleet and ensure our Field Force and Sales teams can rely on well‑maintained, cost‑efficient, and fully operational vehicles every day. This part‑time role involves coordinating the full fleet lifecycle from procurement, leasing, branding, and handovers to accidents, repairs, insurance topics, fines, invoices, and vehicle returns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and service providers to keep all fleet‑related processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Fleet procurement & lifecycle management: Own end‑to‑end administration of the vehicle fleet, coordinate new vehicle orders, leasing contracts, handovers, returns, and end‑of‑life disposal. Ensure our Field Force and Sales teams always have reliable, well‑maintained, and cost‑efficient vehicles available when needed.
• Vehicle branding & operational setup: Coordinate vehicle wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup in line with HOLY’s brand standards. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every vehicle is ready for daily field operations.
• Accident, insurance & repair management: Act as the first point of contact for accidents, damages, breakdowns, and insurance claims. Document incidents, coordinate repairs with workshops, and keep drivers and internal stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Cost, invoice & compliance tracking: Track fleet‑related costs, fines, invoices, and contracts. Identify opportunities to reduce costs while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Stakeholder & partner coordination: Serve as the central contact for Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and other service providers. Build simple, reliable processes that make fleet‑related topics easy to manage for all stakeholders.
