The role - your passion

As Setup Lead Fleet Condition Management youll be the global orchestrator of all repair planning and scheduling processes ensuring our fleet stays in top shape and our operations run smoothly. Youll work closely with Market Leads Station Managers Fleet and Revenue teams and report directly to the Head of Maintenance & Repair.

Set up and manage all repair planning processes governance and KPIs at station and regional / market levels.

Lead global scheduling activities for Maintenance & Repair (M&R) aligned with budget capacity and vehicle availability targets.

Collaborate intensively with M&R Market Leads Station Managers Fleet Management and Revenue teams to hit vehicle availability goals.

Be a key stakeholder in M&R and Station Ops product roadmaps driving process excellence and automation for all fleet condition tasks.

Prepare launch and oversee key scheduling initiatives (e.g. recalls TÜV rallies winterization off-season repairs pre-season maintenance).

Act as an escalation channel to the Head of Market and M&R Market Leads to ensure market KPIs are met (availability damage detection repair cost / time).

Support the Head of Maintenance & Repair in leading special projects to achieve budget and availability targets.

What you need to surf the wave with us

Degree or apprenticeship in engineering automotive technology or a similar technical field.

8 years of experience in operational project management or scheduling environments.

3 years of direct people management experience ideally in a technical and operational setting.

Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders; vendor performance management experience is a plus.

Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of scheduling processes including mapping digitization / automation and roll-out.

Strong analytical scheduling and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-site environment; travel to internal stations and external vendors required.
