Zusammenfassung

Mullins is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Germany to lead field operations on our construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and site efficiency.

You will manage subcontractors, review plans and schedules, monitor KPIs, conduct FOD audits, and uphold safety and quality across sites.

This role requires strong leadership, mentorship of diverse teams, excellent stakeholder communication, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Senior Superintendent or equivalent leader in a self-performed construction trade.
• Extensive knowledge of construction operations, safety, and quality standards.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships as a key field representative.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and materials for conflicts and efficiency improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
• Participate in project handoff meetings, advising on scope, schedule, subcontractors, manpower and materials.
• Review contracts, drawings, and schedules to prepare for field execution.
• Ensure alignment of subcontractors, equipment, and materials before mobilization.
• Monitor and analyze key project documentation including lookaheads, daily reports, site inspections, schedules and KPIs.
• Host and participate in monthly PX‑FOD coordination meetings with field operations and leadership.
• Collaborate with Project Executives to align field execution with goals and requirements.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct FOD audits to verify compliance, performance, safety and quality.
• Oversee delivery, storage, calibration, and maintenance of equipment; resolve issues impacting field operations.
• Conduct routine site visits to enforce safety policies, site plans, and OSHA requirements.

• Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct FOD audits to verify compliance, performance, safety, and quality across projects.
• Oversee timely delivery, storage, calibration, and maintenance of owned and rented equipment; resolve issues that may impact field operations.
• Conduct routine site visits to enforce Mullins’ safety policies, site‑specific plans, and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Superintendent or equivalent leader in a self‑performed construction trade.
• Extensive knowledge of construction operations, processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
