Jobtailor in Bayern, Germany seeks a finance professional to lead regular financial reporting, data analysis for reports and dashboards, and data quality assurance. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive on-time delivery to stakeholders.

The role requires several years in reporting/controlling with IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/BI systems. Proficiency in German and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
• Several years of professional experience in reporting, controlling, business analytics or a similar finance-related role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant financial reporting frameworks (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, including reconciliations and ensuring data quality.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern ERP and BI systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS and common reporting software (OneStream, Cognos) is an advantage.
• Structured, detail-oriented and independent working style.
• Team player, self-starter and responsible.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

• Preparation of regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with applicable standards.
• Preparation and analysis of data for reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity by reviewing data sources used.
• Aligning reporting requirements with cross-functional teams and delivering on time to internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimizing and automating existing reporting processes and identifying redundant reports.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and KPI analyses to manage company performance.
