Zusammenfassung

constellr GmbH is seeking a hands-on FP&A professional to build and maintain financial models, forecasts and dashboards that drive planning and decision-making across the business.

You will partner with the Finance Team to support budgeting cycles, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights using Excel and BI tools, with fluent German and English required to collaborate across international stakeholders.

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or data analytics.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools.
• Translate data into clear recommendations.
• Fluent German and English.
• Nice to have: Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Nice to have: SQL or scripting for data automation.

Your Role

You'll build the financial models and dashboards that power constellr's planning and decision-making, turning raw data into clear, actionable financial insight .

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Controlling on KPI tracking

Job requirements

About you

Required:

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or data analytics
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Fluent German and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar

• Experience in a scale-up finance function
