Olympus is seeking a Finance Controller to lead regional controlling and reporting across the Central Region, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. You will partner with business heads, support closes, and drive forecasting, planning and process improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years FP&A/controlling experience, a business degree, and strong Excel and English communication skills. Hybrid work with generous benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling or FP&A.
• University degree in Business Administration, preferably with focus on Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Manage regional controlling and reporting for Central Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland).
• Provide trusted finance business partnering to Business Function Heads on controlling matters.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting processes.
• Manage SLAs, including plans and settlements.
• Oversee SAP allocations and distributions.
• Interface between Controlling and HR Controlling for personnel cost accounting/planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes and strategies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Provision of trusted finance business partnering to Business Function Heads on all controlling-related matters.
• Support of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Preparation and coordination of planning and forecasting processes.
• Management of Service Level Agreements, including the preparation of plans and settlements.
• Oversight of SAP allocations and distributions.
• Acting as the key interface between Controlling and HR Controlling for personnel cost accounting and planning.
• Driving the continuous improvement of controlling processes and strategies.
• Execution of a variety of ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making.

Your qualification

- University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Accounting, Finance or Controlling.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling or FP&A.
• Structured, proactive and service-oriented approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player with a hands-on mindset.
• Good working knowledge of SAP, particularly FI/CO.
• Experience with HFM/Hyperion is preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
